Issues Collection Clearance Certificate (C3). 25% of PPL public performance revenue flows to ISAMRA for performers. Novex bundles ISAMRA clearance in its license. International reciprocal agreement with PPL UK since 2024.
02 Who needs their licence
ISAMRA covers performer rights — the singers and session musicians who recorded the track. Required for every public performance with no exceptions (no wedding carve-out). Some bodies, notably Novex, bundle ISAMRA clearance into their licence already.
